Cancellation Policy
Consent & Release (Photo/Video) 1) Participation & Consent I give permission for J. Hayes Creative to photograph and/or record video and audio during the project, event, or production. 2) Usage Rights I understand the final edited deliverables will be provided based on the agreed scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, J. Hayes Creative may use select content for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes. 3) Responsibility for Locations & Permissions If the client provides a filming location, the client confirms they have permission to film there (or will obtain it), including any needed permits or property approvals. 4) Safety & Liability I understand that photo/video production may involve equipment, lighting, cables, and movement in filming environments. I agree to participate at my own risk and release J. Hayes Creative from liability for minor incidents related to normal production activity, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm. 5) Payment & Scheduling (Simple Policy) Work is confirmed once a deposit or payment is received (if required). Reschedules require advance notice. Cancellations may result in fees depending on timing and prep already completed.
